Garansi 14 hari: kalau GleynCash tidak cocok untukmu, ajukan refund dalam 14 hari sejak pembelian dan uangmu kami kembalikan penuh.
Cara mengajukan
- Kirim email ke gleyndip@gmail.com dalam 14 hari sejak tanggal pembelian.
- Sertakan email yang dipakai saat membeli dan kode lisensi atau bukti transaksi.
- Alasan boleh singkat — membantu kami memperbaiki aplikasi, tapi tidak wajib.
Prosesnya
- Refund dikembalikan penuh ke metode pembayaran semula melalui penyedia pembayaran.
- Lama dana masuk bergantung pada penyedia pembayaran dan bankmu, biasanya 3–14 hari kerja.
- Setelah refund disetujui, lisensi dinonaktifkan dan tidak dapat diaktifkan lagi.
Pengecualian
- Permintaan setelah lewat 14 hari sejak pembelian.
- Lisensi yang terbukti disalahgunakan atau dibagikan, atau permintaan refund berulang untuk produk yang sama.
Pembayaran ganda atau gagal
Jika kamu tertagih dua kali atau pembayaran berhasil tetapi kode tidak diterima, hubungi kami kapan saja — kami akan mengirim kode atau mengembalikan kelebihan bayar tanpa batas 14 hari.

How to request
- Email gleyndip@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Include your purchase email and your license code or transaction receipt.
- A short reason helps us improve the app, but isn't required.
What happens next
- You receive a full refund to the original payment method via the payment provider.
- Timing depends on the payment provider and your bank, usually 3–14 business days.
- Once the refund is approved, the license is deactivated and can no longer be activated.
Exceptions
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Licenses that were abused or shared, or repeated refund requests for the same product.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice, or paid but didn't receive a code, contact us any time — we'll send your code or refund the overpayment, regardless of the 14-day window.
